Let’s talk date night. Date night is the best for both parties involved. Yes, we agree that’s it’s a little nerve wracking but you get to spend one on one time with someone you really like/care for. Not only do you get your special alone time but you also get to build + share memories together.
Whether you’re taking a girl out for the first time or you’re trying to switch it up, we have 5 incredible spots/ideas for you on the next adventure with bae. We broke it down:
- For the romance
Romance is important. You wouldn’t be taking anyone out on a date if it wasn’t for the romance, right?! Don’t answer, just listen: Eveleigh on Sunset Blvd is one of our favorite spots because the food is spectacular(healthy but extremely delicious), drinks are almost too beautiful to drink(girls love pretty drinks!), service is impeccable(you will impress anyone) and the mood is what you’re looking for when it comes to an ideal date night! The setting is intimate, beautiful, and extremely welcoming. We love dinning out in the patio, but where-ever you find yourself in Eveleigh, know that there will be candles everywhere!
Eveleigh is our definition of the perfect romantic dinner.

2. For the adventure
Want to just have some fun? Want to drink great drinks and play some awesome video games? This next spot is super chill. We love it because if this is the first date it’s important for it to be less serious and a chance for you to get goofy! Also great if you wanted to switch things up and do something else other than dinner. There’s a bunch of games to choose from + they have a great drink menu (get the princes peach) so get out there and have some fun!!

3.For the art
Taking bae to see art is a simple but really thoughtful gesture in the dating world. There’s nothing greater than sharing a new experience with someone you’re interested in and opening their world up. It’s a great opportunity for you to talk and get to know each-other without alcohol(we all love alcohol but building a great foundation is important). Admission at the broad is free! You do have to book advance. Whether you have a date or not, booking tickets in advance is a great idea. Just have tickets on deck! Future you will thank-you.
We love the broad because of all the cool modern installations you’re not getting anywhere else. Where else will you find Jean-Michel Basquiat, Jeff Koons, Barbara Kruger, and Roy Lichtenstein all in one place? NO WHERE.
Don’t worry, if tickets are sold out (which most likely there are) you can go early via standby line in the front!! Some friends said they walked right through others said it took about 30-40 minutes. It just depends on the day + time you decide to go.
Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirrored Room—The Souls of Millions of Light Years Away
Don’t miss this exhibit. We’ve had it on our list of things to experience and now it’s in Los Angeles. After you enter the museum you will have to go get in another line for this, come early these do sell out.

4. For the music
A show/concert. Living in Los Angeles there’s always a show or someone in town. Either your favorite DJ or band, or R&B singer. Nothing is better than a night with music. Live shows are the best and sharing this memory with your date will bring you lots of brownie points! Remember to get creative. Lots of speakeasy play live jazz music too! Do some research and see what type of music you both would like to discover + enjoy.

5. For the fun
HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PLAN. YES. What’s better than having no expectations? Get in the car and just drive. Go on an adventure. Always wanted to check out XYZ? Well go, no you have your partner in crime. Hop on the train and get lost, discover a new neighborhood. It goes a little something like this:
- get lost together. discover somewhere new
- go grab a drink or food
- find something to do after, star gaze
*Remember: Date night should be really fun and stress free. It’s a time to get make memories and just live in the moment. You already got the date! Now it’s time to enjoy.
See you guys on the next one!!!
